I've wanted to try this product for awhile now but I have always neglected to pick it up until this weekend when I had visited two Home Depot stores in as many days and had failed to grab a bottle of this cleaner both times. Yesterday we had to visit a Home Depot again to get some trim for the master bedroom carpet and finally I remembered!

This product comes in a large 32 oz spray bottle. It states that it will clean stainless steel appliances/countertops etc., to a brilliant shine while repelling water spots, finger prints and other little messes. Simply spraying the product onto the surface and wiping with a soft cloth is all that is necessary.

I've used other stainless steel cleaners and for the most part they've made the appliances look great but the fingerprints have always been a problem. I wasn't certain that this product would be any more successful in keeping my appliances clean longer but after using it yesterday just before dinner, I think I'm convinced that indeed this product does live up to its claim.

We had a bbq last evening - the first of the season and my sons were the 'chefs'. They did a great job but that meant that they were trodding into the house to get condiments from the fridge after having just sampled their own "chef prowess" by nibbling on some of the meat as it came off the grill.

I was certain I'd go into the house to find new fingerprints on the fridge door but when I checked after dinner - the fridge was still quite clean. I was impressed! Now hopefully, I'll only have to polish these appliances every few days rather than two or three times a day which was becoming rather annoying.

The Zep stainless steel cleaner is relatively inexpensive and you don't need to use a lot to get great results. It works so well in fact that I may just go out and purchase the stainless steel microwave I had been thinking about getting except for the fact that I was too busy keeping the prints off the appliances I already had.

I don't know if it works as great with just a plain paper towel as I used a soft, micro cloth - but it left no streaks after cleaning and was quick to do - but for repelling fingerprints - I've used a lot of cleaners specifically made for stainless steel and so far, this one has been the best to date.
